Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Opusity's services or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services

Opusity provides custom AI solution development services, including but not limited to AI tool setup, custom AI agent development, and ongoing maintenance. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a separate project agreement.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified per project. Opusity reserves the right to pause or discontinue work if payments are not received in accordance with agreed terms. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom deliverables produced for their project. Opusity retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific components in future projects.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Opusity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. The client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

8. Changes to Terms

Opusity reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
